The Gunflint Trouser - Batch No. 1

We have yet to venture below the waist for additions to our Men's collection so the Gunflint Trouser's release comes as both a celebration and an experiment. We made sure that each detail contributing to its construction added to the overall substance and functionality of the piece and are proud to share the result after a year in development. The body fabric is 100% cotton indigo dyed selvedge canvas woven at Cone Mills in Greensboro, NC. The last of a dying breed in US made denim but still holds the standard worldwide for it production. From there it is cut and sewn in New York City's Garment District, a neighborhood industry depleted by overseas manufacturing but surging back over the past decade to hold its ground as a premier industrial sewing outlet here in America. Back in Minnesota, the leather patch is sourced from the legendary SB Foot Tannery in Red Wing Minnesota then stamped by our friends at Leatherworks MN in Lowertown St. Paul.  Lastly, its Cone Mills chambray pocketing is screen printed by another friend of the shop Max Weber in Uptown Minneapolis to finish it all off. We are very excited to share these and although it was produced in very low quantity we are sure its quality is the exact opposite.
