Liberty Print - $20.00
Designed by commission in 1775 by Colonel Moultrie to prepare for war with Britain, the flag was flown by troops during a successful defense of the British fleet in June of 1776.
During this battle, the flag was actually shot away, but a Sergeant William Jasper ran out in the open and hoisted it again, apparently rallying the troops until a new stand could be provided.
The print itself is hand screen printed in Minneapolis by Max Weber and measures 11" x 17".
Only at Wilson & Willy's.
